Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC) Technical Support Unit

Despite male circumcision playing an important role in slowing the spread of HIV, facility mapping by the VMMC TSU found that out of 1,497 facilities in five priority countries, only 215 facilities (14%) provide VMMC services. The VMMC TSU aims to increase the availability and acceptance of VMMC by integrating VMMC into the nation’s health systems. Read More
