The PHDA Technical Support Unit (TSU) is proud to have supported the Nakuru County Health Management Team (CHMT) during their recent cross learning exchange visit to Nairobi County. This visit, which concentrated on the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) clinics, marks a significant milestone in strengthening collaboration and enhancing improved harm reduction in offering services delivery.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for the Nakuru CHMT to observe and learn from the successful strategies implemented by Nairobi County in managing substance use through MAT clinics. The exchange aimed to foster a deeper understanding of effective MAT practices, facilitate knowledge transfer, and encourage the adoption of innovative approaches within Nakuru County.
